Standard Hourly Rate: £6.50 per hour

Payment Terms

Fees are payable monthly in advance.

What is the Consumables Charge?
To make your life easier and ensure every child receives the highest quality care, our daily charge covers everything your child needs for a brilliant day. The main benefit to you is this means you never have to worry about packing a bag in the morning - just drop off and go!
This daily charge includes:

Premium Nutrition: Healthy, organic lunches prepared by Lune & Wild.

Snacks & Drinks: Fresh fruit, healthy snacks, and milk/water throughout the day.

Hygiene Essentials: Nappies, sensitive wipes, nappy creams, and high-factor sun cream.

Adventures: Entry fees for local playgroups, soft play, and educational outings.
Government Funded Hours (15 & 30 Hours)
Status: Pending Council Approval
We are currently in the final stages of registering with Buckinghamshire Council to accept Tax-Free Childcare and Government Funded Childcare (for eligible 9-month-olds, 2-year-olds, and 3 & 4-year-olds). Please ask us for the latest update on our registration status.
How Funding Works with Our Fees
Government funding is intended to cover the cost of care and education only. It does not cover the cost of meals, consumables, or outings.

For Funded Hours:
The £10.00 daily consumables charge ensures your child continues to receive our premium meals and outings.

Opting Out:
In line with government regulations, this charge is voluntary for funded hours. However, if you prefer not to pay this fee, you will be required to provide all of the following for your child each day:
> A healthy, nut-free packed lunch and snacks.
> Your own supply of nappies, wipes, and creams.
> Sun cream (applied before arrival).
> Cash in a named envelope to cover any entry fees for that day's planned outing.
Most of our families find the daily charge offers significantly better value and convenience than sourcing these items individually.
