Choosing the right childcare is a significant step, and I believe you deserve complete clarity from the start. My fees reflect the dedicated, small‑scale care provided in a warm, home‑from‑home environment where children’s safety, growth and happiness are prioritised.
I keep our pricing straightforward with no hidden extras, and I'm here to help you navigate government funding and the options that best suit your family. My goal is simple: to provide exceptional, personal care that feels genuinely supportive for you and your child.
My Rates
Morning Session:
08:00 – 13:00 = £32.50
Afternoon Session:
13:00 – 18:00 = £32.50
Full Day:
08:00 – 18:00 = £65.00
You are welcome to collect or drop off your child at any point within your booked session. However, the charge will remain the same and will be based on the half-day session or full day that you have booked
Payment Terms

Fees are payable monthly in advance.

Invoices are sent on the 25th of the preceding month.

I accept payment via Bank Transfer or Tax-Free Childcare accounts.
What is the Consumables Charge?
To make your life easier and ensure every child receives the highest quality care, our daily charge covers everything your child needs for a brilliant day. The main benefit to you is this means you never have to worry about packing a bag in the morning - just drop off and go!
This daily charge includes:

Premium Nutrition: Healthy, organic lunches prepared by Lune & Wild.

Snacks & Drinks: Fresh fruit, healthy snacks, and milk/water throughout the day.

Hygiene Essentials: Nappies, sensitive wipes, nappy creams, and high-factor sun cream.

Adventures: Entry fees for local playgroups, soft play, and educational outings.
Government Funded Hours (15 & 30 Hours)
I am registered with Buckinghamshire Council to offer Government Funded Childcare for eligible families. This includes funded hours for:

9‑month‑olds (working parents)

2‑year‑olds (working parents or benefits‑based)

3 & 4‑year‑olds (Universal 15 hours + Extended 30 hours

How Funding Works with my Fees
Government funding covers the care and early education element only. It does not include meals, consumables, or outings.
To ensure children continue to receive high‑quality nutrition and resources, I apply a £10.00 daily consumables charge during funded hours.
This covers:

Nappies, wipes, and creams (if required)

Sun cream

Outings and entry fees

General consumables used throughout the day
Opting Out of the Consumables Charge
In line with government regulations, this charge is voluntary for funded hours. If you choose not to pay the daily consumables fee, you will need to provide all of the following each day:

A healthy, nut‑free packed lunch and snacks

Your own nappies, wipes, and creams

Sun cream (applied before arrival)

Cash in a named envelope to cover any outing entry fees
Most families find the daily charge offers better value and convenience than sourcing these items individually.
